3 verses that inspire creativity with God

I've discovered that the Bible is a treasure trove of verses that can ignite your creativity and deepen your connection with God - he is the Original Artist. Here are just 3 that I love, and I pray they inspire your creative journey.
1. Genesis 1:1 - "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth."
This verse marks the start of it all. God, the ultimate Creator, crafted the universe, showcasing His incredible creativity. It reminds us that creativity is woven into the very fabric of our existence. When you create, you’re literally partnering with the Creator of the universe! How incredible!
2. Psalm 139:14 - "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
This verse is a beautiful reminder that you are a masterpiece, intricately designed by your Creator. Your unique talents and abilities are gifts, given by God to be used for His glory.. When we grasp our truest identity, as sons & daughters, creativity flows out of us! When you walk in surrender to what God says about you (that you are wonderfully made!), you're honouring the One who made you. This is beautiful and heartfelt worship that I know blesses His heart.
3. Proverbs 3:6 - "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."
This verse has been particularly impacting for me over the years.. I think we often get so focused on what’s right in front of us, without realising that He is the One that guides and directs our steps.. that our paths are created by the Creator. When we seek His guidance and inspiration, He will direct our paths. Your creativity will become a collaboration the Father, and I KNOW that you will embark on a beautiful and fulfilling journey with Him.
