  • Unfortunately I can’t do returns if you choose the wrong phone case size - they are printed to order for your individual phone. If it’s my mistake though, happy to replace!

  • Please allow for 3-4 business days for production and then add estimated shipping times. I’m one woman show and sometimes it can take a day for me to place the order. If you order is urgent please contact me and I’ll do my best to get it underway asap.

  • My armoured cases have a dual layer case for extra protection! They are impact resistant and have a polycarbonate outer shell with an inner TPU liner for extra impact resistance.

    The lip covers the edge of the glass and all the ports are open and accessible!

    The best thing about this case is that it will protect your phone well as well as being beautiful! Perfect if you’re a clutz like me or have small kiddos around.

  • Unfortunately because I am a very small business I can’t offer returns if you make a mistake on the case size or change your mind. So please choose your sizing carefully :)

    If the case is damaged or not what you ordered though, please contact me at hi@susannaapril.com and I will happily refund you.

  • To keep it simple I’ve made a blank shipping cost of $10 worldwide. There will be tracking available for AUS, NZ, USA, UK, ASIA and CAN. Times will vary - most will be within a week, some may take two weeks. Please contact me if you need an exact time.

    If you live elsewhere though (eg. iceland, africa, south america etc) your packaged will be sent untracked unless you contact me first. Shoot me an email straight after you place your order and I can invoice you the extra cost for shipping.

    Express shipping is the same deal! I can ship express if you contact me soon after you place your order. Please take into account the processing time of 2-6 days :)
